Rochester Directions
Validated parking is provided to clients at the Court Street Garage. If the “Full – Monthly Passes Only” sign is displayed, take a ticket,
enter the garage and tell the attendant that you are a client visiting Underberg & Kessler. The attendant will then locate a parking space for you.
There is indoor access from the garage directly into Bausch & Lomb Place. Once in the lobby of the building, take the elevators to the 3rd floor to reach our offices.
From the South:
390 N to 490 E to the South Avenue exit. Follow the signs to Clinton Avenue. At the second light, turn LEFT onto Court Street, and then make a RIGHT into the Court Street Parking Garage.
From the East:
90 W to Exit 45 - Rochester - RT 490 W. Take 490 W to Exit 16 - Clinton Ave. At the second light, turn LEFT onto Court Street, and then make a RIGHT into the Court Street Parking Garage.
From the West:
490 E to the South Avenue exit. Follow the signs to Clinton Avenue. At the second light, turn LEFT onto Court Street, and then make a RIGHT into the Court Street Parking Garage.
Buffalo Directions
Validated parking is provided to clients at the Main Place Mall Garage. There is indoor access from the garage directly into Main Place Tower.
From the West:
Take Interstate 90 E to 190 N (Downtown). Exit at Church Street. Proceed on Church until turning LEFT onto Delaware Avenue. Follow Delaware Avenue until Niagara Street, and turn RIGHT.
Go two blocks and turn RIGHT onto Pearl Street. You will enter the parking ramp for Main Place Tower on your LEFT. Once you are parked, take the center elevator near the post
lettered “J” up to the Mall level. The entrance to Main Place Tower will be on your LEFT. Proceed past the Security Desk to the bank of elevators. Our offices are located on the 19th floor.
From Niagara Falls or the Peace Bridge:
Take 190 S to the Niagara Street exit. Follow Niagara Street around Niagara Square and turn RIGHT onto Pearl Street. You will enter the parking ramp for Main Place Tower on your LEFT.
Once you are parked, take the center elevator near the post lettered “J” up to the Mall level. The entrance to Main Place Tower will be on your LEFT. Proceed past the Security Desk to
the bank of elevators. Our offices are located on the 19th floor.
From the East:
Take 33 W, staying in the LEFT lane until it ends at Oak Street. Once on Oak Street, move into the RIGHT lane and proceed on Oak for approximately 4 – 5 blocks until Broadway.
Turn RIGHT onto Broadway and proceed to Pearl Street. Turn LEFT onto Pearl Street and proceed to Main Place Tower on the LEFT. You will enter the parking ramp for Main Place Tower on your LEFT.
Once you are parked, take the center elevator near the post lettered “J” up to the Mall level. The entrance to Main Place Tower will be on your LEFT.
Proceed past the Security Desk to the bank of elevators. Our offices are located on the 19th floor.
Canandaigua Directions
From the North:
Take I-90 E/New York State Thruway to Exit 44, Rt. 332 toward Canandaigua. Merge onto Rt. 332 and proceed south to
Canandaigua (approx. 8.5 miles).
At the traffic light, turn LEFT onto Ontario Street (the Ontario County Courthouse is on the corner).
Turn LEFT onto Sly Street. We are located in the 2nd house on the right, and the entrance to the parking lot is immediately before our offices at 23 Sly Street.
From the West:
Take Routes 5 & 20 E. Turn LEFT onto Rt. 332 (also known as Main St, Canandaigua). Proceed over the railroad tracks, and turn RIGHT onto Ontario Street.
(the Ontario County Courthouse is on the corner). Turn LEFT onto Sly Street. We are located in the 2nd house on the right, and the entrance to the parking lot is
immediately before our offices at 23 Sly Street.
From the East:

From Rt. 86 (Rt. 17):
Take the Kanona exit (Rt. 53). Follow Rt. 53 N through Prattsburg and Naples. Rt. 53 runs into Rt. 21 N. Follow Rt. 21 N to Routes 5 & 20. Turn RIGHT on Routes 5 & 20 E.
Turn LEFT onto Rt. 332 (also known as Main St, Canandaigua). Proceed over the railroad tracks, and turn RIGHT onto Ontario Street. (the Ontario County Courthouse is on the corner).

Take Exit 2 (Cohocton). Turn RIGHT onto Loon Lake Rd. Follow to end and make a RIGHT onto
Rt. 415/Maple Ave. Turn LEFT onto Rt. 371/N. Main St. Continue on Rt. 371, which becomes Rte. 21. Follow Rt. 21 N to Routes 5 & 20.
Turn RIGHT on Routes 5 & 20 E. Turn LEFT onto Rt. 332 (also known as Main St, Canandaigua). Proceed over the railroad tracks, and turn RIGHT onto Ontario Street.

Newark Directions
On street parking is available on South Main Street, as well as to the rear of the office, off of Maple Avenue.
From the North:
Take Route 88 S to its intersection with Route 31 in Newark. Continue on Route 88 S (also South Main Street) for ½ mile.
The office is on the left (east side) at the Maple Avenue intersection.
From the South:
Take Route 88 N to its intersection with Maple Avenue. The office is on the right (east side) at the intersection.
From the East:
Take Route 31 W to its intersection with Route 88 in Newark. Turn LEFT and proceed on Route 88 S (also South Main Street) for ½ mile.
The office is on the left (east side) at the Maple Avenue intersection.
From the West:
Take Route 31 E to its intersection with Route 88 in Newark. Turn RIGHT and proceed on Route 88 S (also South Main Street) for ½ mile.

Greece Directions
From the West:
Take Route 104/Ridge Road to Route 18/Dewey Avenue. Turn LEFT onto Dewey Avenue, heading north. Turn LEFT into the parking lot of our office at 2739 Dewey Avenue.
From the South:
Take 390 N to the Route 104/Ridge Road East exit. Proceed on Ridge Road to Route 18/Dewey Avenue. Turn LEFT onto Dewey Avenue, heading north.
Turn LEFT into the parking lot of our office at 2739 Dewey Avenue.
From the East:
From the East: Take 590 N to 104 W. Proceed on Route 104/Ridge Road to Route 18/Dewey Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto Dewey Avenue, heading north.

Geneseo Directions
From the West:
Take the New York State Thruway to Batavia Exit 48; Route 63 S to Geneseo. Bear to the first left after Genesee River Bridge (Court St.).
Take the first right at stop sign onto Main Street (Route 39). Our office is located on the southwest corner of Main and University at 32 Main Street.
From the South:
Take Route 390 N to Exit 7; Route 63/39 N. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Main Street (Route 39).
Our office is located on the southwest corner of Main and University at 32 Main Street.
From the North or East:
Take the New York State Thruway to Rochester Exit 46; Route 390 S. Proceed to Geneseo Exit 8; Route 20A W.
Turn right at the third traffic light onto Main Street (Route 39). Our office is located on the southwest corner of Main and University at 32 Main Street.
